Cancellation
As you are a consumer and have made an order on-line you may, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013,
cancel your order and obtain a refund (or exchange) within 14 working days from delivery.
Your right to return goods does not apply to goods
- made to your specification or
- which have been clearly personalised (e.g. by being engraved) or
- which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
if they become unsealed after delivery
Return Policy for Orders
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
Email: customerservice@joebolexquisite.net if you’re not satisfied with your purchase and we’ll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 3 days of purchase.

Returning an Item Shipped Directly From a Vendor

Length of Time It Takes For Refunds to Post to Your Personal Account
Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund credit immediately. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account. If you provided an email address when you placed your order, we will email you when your return has been received and processed.
How to Return Merchandise Purchased
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, email customerservice@joebolexquisite.net and include the following information printed on your store receipt:
- Store number
- Register number
- Transaction number
- Date of purchase
- UPC number and description of merchandise
- Reason for return
- Address and phone number where you can be reached
After submitting your email, you will be contacted by a Customer Service Colleague within 72 hours who will assist in processing your return.
